On the northern coast of the Dominican Republic, The Ocean Club, A Luxury Collection Resort, will open in November and, like other Luxury Collection hotels, participate in Marriott Bonvoy. The opening of the resort, which will have 60 ocean-view apartment suites, was postponed from earlier in the year, but is now on track with plans to create 200 new jobs in the area.
